Sean Ito is a nurse and physical therapist who works with the hybrids in the basement research center underneath Corona Tower.

Sean stands 5'9" with an easy profile and clear skin. He is rarely ruffled, making him the perfect person to work with the hybrids, who can be volatile. In Sunchaser's Gambit, Sean first identifies Garik Shayk's cardiac arrest when Garik returns to the Tower. Sean also introduces Garik to a full body scan in a later situation that reveals how quickly Garik's timber wolf DNA is changing him.

Sean deals with asthma, which Garik is able to define from the scents around him, another clue to his changing body.

Sean treats Garik with kindness and respect, and Garik is aware of how important that is to him.
