Gunther Diehl is the concierge of Stamford Suites, the luxury hotel on floors 2-6 in Corona Tower.

Gunther is the consummate concierge, with perfect manners and a warm and welcoming attitude. Regardless of what's going on around him, he is always beautifully turned out in his manner of dress. Although Gunther works in the Tower, most visitors to Chow Down, the food court at the base of the 40-story tower, know his face. He is regularly seen on the entertainment screens that line the interior of the food court.

Stamford Suites has a private entrance from the Corona Tower parking garage, offering direct access to the Stamford Suites private elevator located in the lobby of the Corona Tower.

The Stamford Suites motto which Gunther takes to heart is "Exclusivity Is Job #1."

Charity Cellers works the Front Desk in the main lobby in Corona Tower. 

Charity is super chic, with long, straight blonde hair. She has a mole at the base of her neck that she worries with her fingers.

If Charity has a failing, it's constantly flicking her nails. She generally does it when concentrating so is unaware of it.

When Garik Shayk first meets Charity, she is wearing an A-line dress in a bright geometric pattern with matching hoop earrings.

Choi Bak goes by the traditional Mr. Choi, although regulars in Corona Tower call him Bak.

As a porter in the Tower, Bak services the Stamford Suites guests. He wears the standard Corona Tower colors, a cream top with tan trousers, and he is known for the cloth hanging from his back pocket for polishing away fingerprints.

Boris Lindemann is a twenty-something richie who lives in one of the exclusive apartments in the Stamford Suites section of Corona Tower.

Boris owns a private jet and thinks he knows what’s going on in the Tower’s basement, but he has no clue. No one does.

His girlfriend is Kristen Kaudlitz, one of the many heirs of the Kaudlitz hotel chain.

Boris is a lanky blond with blue tipped hair. He is also the founder of Lindemann Airways.

Boris is influential in connecting the martial arts instructor Kevin Lee with Hollywood for his movie audition in Shattered by Glass.

We first meet Boris in Book 1 of The Human-Hybrid Project, Shattered by Glass.

Jerry Lantana is in maintenance in Corona Tower. He is normally found in tan coveralls with cream accents, the Corona Tower's standard color scheme. 

Jerry regularly pulls disposable gloves from a package at his waist. Safe is better than sorry! He is rarely seen without his red, metal toolbox labeled CT Maintenance Only.
